Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy:
- No returns or refunds for used, opened, or customized products.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
